Art or Junk?

Art or Junk? This is the view that greets people as they come into Houlton from Canada on upper Military Street, or as we say. Drakes Hill.

It's so close to the road that it is a wonder that ther has not been an accident up there.




As you can see there is some art, but you really can't see all the clutter and junk.






Art? I say Junk. Can anyone ever get this cleaned up?
